Rev. Peg Roy, a native of Chicago, Illinois, moved with her husband and two younger children to Florida in 1998. She holds a B.A. from Warner University and Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. Rev. Peg was ordained to the ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church USA in 2014 and has served First Presbyterian Church of Auburndale, Florida, as their Pastor since that time.
Peg is married to her husband of over 40 years, Gerard. They have three children and two grandchildren. Peg and Gerard regularly return to Chicago to visit family and the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field, home of the World Champion Chicago Cubs. Peg is a diehard Cubs fan and an NPR junkie. She also enjoys music, reading, travel, relaxing on the beach, and spending as much time as possible with family.
Rev. Peg has also been selected as a GameChanger from the Special Olympics USA Games.
